I'm looking to hire an experienced HTML5/CSS web developer and designer to build a highly detailed, standards-compliant website about women’s underwear (panties, bras, bikinis, period panties, etc.) that meets the following strict requirements:

The content must be accurate, informative, and well-organized, with clear and detailed paragraphs for each major topic. It should include:

Explanation of:
