bulk image downloading

This is a bulk image downloading request. I would give you an excell file with two columns.

I need back the excel with the 3rd column - contains the filename + jpg extension, like here:

and I also need all the images downloaded into a file, what is shared on gdrive.
so I need the images and the image names allocated to manufacturer code into the excell file.
The excell file will come with maximum 5000 weblinks. Please find the sample attached. Column A and B will be given, column C needed to be filled in, plus I need the images with names put into coloumn C. Requested leadtime is about 5 days, quotation with best price will win the work.
