web-based application for expense-splitting

Compulsory requirements
1. Build bill splitting web-based application. The system must work like this https://billzer.com/my/example/
2. Allow users to type the participants’ names
3. Enter the item name and the item cost
4. For each item, allow user to use a checkbox to choose who they are sharing the item cost with (and by what %) or if they put for it themselves
5. A “more” button (+) for users to input more items
6. A “Calculate” button to show the table of “Who pays whom how much”
7. Create a sharable link after the calculation
Optional requirements
8. A signup and log in system for users to track their past expenses
9. Currency convention function

Budget: USD 50 (without optional requirements); USD 80 (with optional requirements) (Price negotiable)
Project delivery duration: 5 days after accepting the offer
