what is it?
A Business Recipe product is: The wisdom of the industry experts that will guide you on (and function) better running your business
A recipe is specific for a business function and company type
-For example A CEO of a 250 employees tech Company
Recipe includes:
1. KPIs Dashboard / SCORECARDS
1. what are the most important things I should look at? Am I going in the right direction
2. Inspect
1. set of questions that will help me understand what I need to do to improve a KPI
3. Alerts
1. let me know before I get off-track
4. Best Practices / content
Recipe Attributes: A Recipe Should have:
1. The author who created it, what are their credentials
2. Rating users can rate
3. Comments
4. Tags to explain who is it for
5. Option to share it
6. Option to use / Create Your Own copy
7. Count how many used it

1. Belongs to a goal (like "improve customer a satisfaction"). A few KPIs will belong to the same goal
2. Category (like sales, marketing, finance)
3. Title
4. Number and units
a. OR
b. Graph trend
5. Target (i.e.. >50)
6. Indication if it is connected to live data or is stale
7. Benchmark
8. An explanation of why is this KPI important
