I need a freelance webapp developer

We (dotclassroom) would like to hire a webapp developer, location is open though I would like to do face-to-face meetings. The code/frameworks are open to discussion. It's a fairly simple data-driven Q&A app - not complicated - but I do want a native app too... this will be purely backend works as I have f/end skills but an appreciation of UX and simplicity/efficiency of design is essential...
