To develop app to centrally manage Chassis management of multiple servers in centralized platform

We are looking for a developer to create an app that will centralize the chassis management of multiple servers. The app should be compatible with Windows operating systems. We do not require the app to be developed in a specific programming language. The ideal developer will have experience in developing apps for chassis management. The app should have power management as its main feature. Other features should include temperature monitoring, fan control, disk usage, VDs etc..
