Custom Web Application for Waste Collection, Logistics and Tracking – Bidya Waste Recycling Pvt. Ltd.
We are looking to develop a web-based internal application (no public access) for our company, Bidya Waste Recycling Pvt. Ltd., which handles expired product collection and recycling from FMCG brands such as ITC, Britannia, and Nivia.
Key Functional Requirements:
1. Real-Time GPS Vehicle Tracking
Show live location of 10+ company vehicles.
Geo-tagging and time stamps at pickup/drop points.
Auto-update on map when vehicle reaches company site or plant.
2. Pickup Entry and Stock Inward Management
Employee logs pickup at FMCG client site.
Location should auto-detect (with Google Maps API).
Company name, branch, and address auto-populated.
Items logged with quantity (e.g., atta in KG, oil in Litre, deodorant in pieces).
Auto-filter item list based on company (e.g., Britannia shows only Britannia item codes).
After vehicle reaches our plant, plant staff confirms receipt and cross-checks items.
3. Company & Plant Structure
Pickup from FMCG clients like Britannia, ITC, Nivia.
Material to be sent to:
Bidya Waste Recycling Pvt Ltd – Sonipat
Bidya Waste Recycling Pvt Ltd – Nagpur
Bidya 2nd Sale Pvt Ltd – Delhi
4. Admin Dashboard Features
View & filter data by company, plant, or vehicle.
Add/edit:
Vehicle numbers & locations
Branch addresses
Client companies
Measuring units
Assign pickups to vehicles.
Generate reports (Excel/PDF) by client, vehicle, or date range.
5. User Roles
Admin – Full access
Pickup Executive (Driver) – Add pickup entry only
Plant Staff – Confirm & verify incoming stock
(Optional): View-only access for clients in future
Technology Suggestions:
Web-based application (mobile-friendly)
GPS tracking via App
Admin panel must be simple and editable
Additional Notes:
We don’t need any sales, purchase, or billing module.
Strictly internal use for staff only.
Must be scalable (add more plants, vehicles, item codes in future).
Budget Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 INR
Preferred Freelancer Location: India (priority to Delhi–NCR, but open to all)
