Web App for Cold Storage Layout

I am looking to develop a web-based application designed for arranging equipment in cold storage facilities. The application will feature a drag-and-drop interface allowing users to add or remove equipment such as HVAC units, lighting fixtures, and electrical panels. Users will work primarily with a top view of the room, and all views should update accordingly.
Key Requirements:
- Develop a drag-and-drop interface for equipment arrangement
- Include HVAC units, lighting fixtures, and electrical panels in the drag-and-drop function
- Allow users to generate a bill of quantity
- Enable export of the layout in PDF format
- Ensure the application updates all views based on the top view adjustments
