Web App Development - Church visual projection

Church Overhead projection/Visual Web App for during a church service
Want to create a Web app that will allow us to search for songs / bible scriptures from a database - so we can pick a song / scripture and it displays and allows us to click through the song verses and scripture verses as required - which is then projected onto an overhead display. With the Web app - also have the ability to load up background slides and input text over the top.
Secondly we would also like to have the option - when a songs lyrics are selected and projected onto the main screen - that on a secondary screen the sheet music /chords are loaded for the band.
Thirdly we would like to have the ability to load a powerpoint or keynote presentation / photos / video to a database that can then also be projected on the screen - with the ability to have a remote control to go through the slides / pictures (can be controlled by someone not in front of the web app or alternatively the web app - can be opened by multiple people and the slides changed by someone on an iPad - whilst presenting).
Ideally we are looking to adopt a program that will still allow us to run the services on the fly - pick a song from search function - then display - bring up a scripture on the fly. Have the ability to make an announcement slide. Open a Powerpoint and display it, open a video either via a file or YouTube link, display photos. All then easily displayed onto an overhead projector.
I would ideally like the projection via airplay or similar.
