The project involves creating a web-based procurement app to centralise data and produce essential reports for our business activities. The web app will include modules based on the following documents:
- Price Request Form
- Authority to Commit (ATC)
- Procurement Schedule
- Contract
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy a web-based application focusing on user experience and data security.
- Implement a robust database architecture within the web app for storing procurement data.
- Develop modules for capturing information from Price Request Forms, ATC, Procurement Schedules, and Contracts.
- Create functionalities for generating real-time, business-critical reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in web application development, preferably in procurement or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Ruby, etc.)
- Proficiency in database management systems like SQL, MongoDB, or similar.
- Experience in generating complex reports.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
