Vehicle Parking System Development with OCR

I am looking for a freelancer with experience in software development and optical character recognition (OCR) technologies to assist with my university project. The project involves creating a vehicle parking system that has the following functionalities:
- Identifying and logging vehicle entry and exit
- Assigning parking spaces
- Tracking parking duration and fees
