- Requirements - the software must:
a) allow the user to create document templates from a wysiwyg editor (friendly text editor) with the possibility of adding variables.
b) create a form, either automatically or by drag and drop, to fill in the document model variables and export the final document in pdf or docx.
c) have a screen to manage (create, read, edit and delete) clauses (paragraphs) that can be used to fill in model variables.
d) have a screen to manage natural person and juridical/legal person/entity. These are the types of clients, that can be used to fill in model variables.
- General Context of the Project
We need a SAAS where the user is able to create forms. These forms must have variables that will be inserted into a .docx document template, filling it with the information populated in the form. This SAAS must also allow the user to be able to create the .docx template through a WYSIWYG docx editor creating the variables that will be collected from the form. The last feature is the possibility for the model to have blocks of text (created by the user) consisting of different wordings (even if it contains a fixed variable).
