Renewable Heating QMS & LMS Platform
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I’m developing an online Quality Management System that doubles as a renewable-heating training hub. The core build needs to weave together Document management and Compliance tracking with a set of Training modules and Reading material so new installers can learn, upload evidence, and stay audit-ready—all in one place.
Key workflow
• Administrators must be able to upload, version, and archive policies, then map them to the relevant compliance standard.
• Trainees log in, work through interactive lessons, read technical guides, and acknowledge documents; every step updates their individual compliance record.
System essentials
• Role control is limited to Administrator and Trainee for now, so permissions can stay simple and secure.
• I already have a CRM and a separate Learning Management System (LMS). The platform should push trainee progress back to the CRM and, where useful, pull existing course assets from the LMS rather than duplicating them. A clean REST or GraphQL approach is fine as long as it is well-documented.
Deliverables
1. Web application (responsive) running the features above
2. Source code in a private repo with clear setup notes
3. Basic test data so I can verify document flow, compliance reports, and trainee progression
