We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Software Architect to join our AGILE team. The successful candidate will have a salary of $800 per month and the opportunity to work closely with the CTO on our plans to expand and translate everything into precise technical requirements with fool-proof and scalable implementations.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 12 junior and senior engineers, responsible for code reviews and ensuring deadlines are met.
Act as a technical leader and delegate tasks effectively
Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter
Cross Platform and Unity game development
Work on API development using Node.JS and .NET
Work on web development using Angular, React, or Next JS
Experience with AWS API Gateway, and Amazon Kubernetes Service.
Experience with Figma or Sketch and 3D animations/rigging is a plus
Have a proven track record of developing products that are currently live on the App Store and Play Store
Have experience with ads, payments, social media feeds, and ranking algorithms
Work closely with the CTO to translate plans into precise technical requirements
Requirements:
Proven 10 year+ track record of delivering apps successfully to Production ( we are launching in a week)
Strong experience in Javascript/Typescript/C#/Dart
Expertise in Node.JS API/ .NET API
Expertise with Next.JS/ReactJS Web apps
Strong experience in Flutter Cross Platform app development / iOS / Android
Familiarity with AGILE methodologies and JIRA, Slack
Strong leadership skills and ability to delegate tasks effectively
Ability to work remotely/hybrid, with most of the team in India/Pakistan/Nigeria/United States.
