Picture portal

I’m looking for a web app portal with username and password for all my employee to upload 20 + pictures when I pick up an item and to upload 20 + other pictures when I delivered the item and I would like all that to be sort out my serial number

Project/Serial /pick up
Project/Serial /drop off

Folder autonaticly delete after 90 days of last upload

I want to have all that stored on my computer in the office

I’m in mac os

It has to work with mobile devices android and ios
