NIVA AI is an early-stage, bootstrapped startup on a mission to build an AI + human-powered platform that connects users with expert advisors across categories like health & fitness, relationships, beauty, mental wellness, and finance. Think of us as a hybrid between AI companionship + live expert guidance — solving real problems of loneliness and lack of access to trusted advice.
We are starting with a lean, focused MVP (web app), and looking for a skilled, reliable freelancer or agency to bring it to life.
Scope of Work (Core MVP Features)
The MVP web app will include:
- User & Advisor Registration/Login (with profile creation)
- Category-based Browsing (e.g., Health, Finance, etc.)
- Expert Discovery and Ratings
- Booking/Scheduling System (basic calendar functionality)
- Text/Audio/Video Chat (powered by WebRTC or third-party APIs like Twilio, Agora, or MirrorFly)
- AI Chatbot Integration (via OpenAI or similar)
- Payment Gateway Integration (Razorpay or similar)
- Basic Admin Panel (to approve advisors, view analytics)
- Clean, mobile-responsive frontend UI (using React + Tailwind or similar)
Tech Stack We're Considering (Open to Recommendations)
- Frontend: React.js / Next.js, Tailwind CSS
- Backend: Node.js with Express (or Firebase/Supabase if faster for MVP)
- Database: PostgreSQL or Supabase DB
- Authentication: Firebase Auth / NextAuth / Auth0
- Real-time & Video Chat: Socket.IO, Twilio, MirrorFly, or Agora
- AI Chat Integration: OpenAI API
- Payments: Razorpay
- Deployment: Vercel, Railway, or similar
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in building and deploying full-stack web apps
- Experience with real-time communication features (WebRTC, Twilio, etc.)
- Comfortable integrating third-party APIs and payment systems
- Can deliver clean, scalable code with a mobile-responsive UI
- Able to think like a product owner, not just a coder
- Excellent communication and availability for regular check-ins
