I need a single hub that shows my team, at a glance, exactly what is happening in the business right now—live profit & loss, active jobs, completed work, and what’s scheduled next. Real-time updates, instant notifications/alerts, and customizable reports are non-negotiable, and the system must let several colleagues add or amend data simultaneously without friction.

I’m completely flexible on where this lives. A responsive web app, a cloud solution, or a fully custom build all work for me, and I’m particularly comfortable tying it into our Microsoft Teams environment if that makes collaboration easier.
