Full-Stack Developer Needed for Custom Order Workflow Management System (Laravel + Vue Preferred)

Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer (or a small team) to build a complete Order Processing Workflow System that reflects our real production flow from quotation to dispatch. The system must include multi-stage order movement, strict role-based permissions, PDF generation, file uploads, dashboards, and WhatsApp notifications.
This is a full project build, not a small task.
Core Workflow Stages
Quotation
Admin Approval
Order Confirmation

Inspection (or Skip Inspection)
Dispatch & Completion
Each stage should escalate automatically once completed, with audit logs and notifications.
Key System Rules (IMPORTANT)
Admin Permissions
Admin has full add, edit, delete, and modification control on all parameters in all stages
Admin can override anything entered by regular users
Admin can lock/unlock fields (optional)
Regular User Permissions
Can add new parameters at their assigned stage
Can edit only the parameters they entered before escalation
Once the stage is escalated to the next stage:
❌ Cannot edit
❌ Cannot delete
❌ Cannot modify anything already submitted
Can only add new inputs if the new stage requires fresh parameters
Escalation = Hard Lock for Regular User
Once a record moves to the next stage, everything previously entered by the user becomes locked.
Functional Requirements
1. Quotation Module
Create, draft, and edit quotations
Attach PDFs
Submit to admin for approval
Admin can approve, reject, or request changes
Generate quotation PDF (print/email)
2. Order Confirmation
Admin or regular user adds required parameters
Regular users can edit until escalation only
Assign job to a material/production centre
3. Production Stage
Production user adds required production details
Upload internal completion report
Escalate to Production Completed
4. Inspection / Skip Inspection
User can request inspection or skip
Inspection team adds quality-check details
Move to dispatch
5. Dispatch Module
Final dispatch details
Dispatch memo PDF (print/email)
Status: Completed
Notifications
In-app notifications for every stage change
WhatsApp alerts via Twilio or Meta Cloud API
Activity log + timestamps

Who We Want
3+ years experience in Laravel + Vue (or similar stack)
Strong understanding of workflows, stage-based logic, and role permissions
Experience with PDF generation and document workflows
Experience integrating WhatsApp/notification systems
Clean coding standards and good communication
Must provide weekly progress updates
Milestone-wise payments only after working deliverables are shown.
