Field Operations Web Application
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a single, responsive web application that ties together four daily workflows.
1. Quotation module – it must let me set client-specific pricing and, with one click, produce a clean PDF ready to email or print.
2. Live staff tracking – show every field employee’s current position on a map in real time so I can dispatch and monitor routes from the browser.
3. General accounts – a simple ledger where we record income, expenses, and pull basic summaries at the end of the day.
4. Attendance – employees clock in and out through the same system; timestamps (and, if possible, GPS coordinates) should feed automatically into a daily attendance log.
The whole system has to run in any modern browser so the team can open it on phones, tablets, or desktops without installing anything. A secure admin area, role-based access, and an export/backup option for all data are essential. Please plan for a clean UI, fast loading times, and future scalability.
