Project Title:
Web Application – Complete Accounting System for Electric Elite
Introduction:
We are looking for a professional developer to design and develop a complete accounting web application for Al-Nokhba for Electronics. The goal of the project is to build a comprehensive and user-friendly accounting system that will help manage the company’s financial and accounting operations efficiently and professionally.
Scope of Work:
The freelancer is required to develop the system with the following scope:
General Ledger management.
Invoices and Sales management.
Purchases and Suppliers management.
Customers and Payments management.
Inventory management.
Financial reports (e.g., Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet).
User roles and access permissions.
Interactive and user-friendly UI/UX.
Admin Dashboard for overall control.
Technical Requirements:
Back-end: Python (Django/Flask) or PHP (Laravel).
Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript with Bootstrap. Preferably React.js or Vue.js for interactivity.
Database: MySQL.
Operating System: Ubuntu Linux.
Language: The system must support Arabic as the primary language, with the option to also support English (Multi-Language).
Deliverables:
Full and detailed source code with all required files.
Installation guide for setting up on the server.
User manual for system usage.
Fully deployed and working version on the server.
Technical support in case of installation or deployment issues.
Timeline:
The developer must provide a clear and detailed timeline including key milestones. The proposed timeline will be reviewed and approved by the client before starting the work.
Payment Terms:
Payment will be made exclusively through Freelancer.com using a MasterCard. The total cost will be divided into milestones, released only after successful completion of each phase. No payments outside the platform.
Revisions & Modifications:
The developer must provide reasonable revisions requested by the client after the initial delivery, at no additional cost, as long as they are within the agreed scope of work. Major changes or new features outside the scope will be subject to a separate agreement.
Support & Warranty:
The developer must provide free technical support for at least 30 days after delivery. This includes fixing bugs and issues related to the system or installation. New requests outside the scope will be agreed upon separately.
Confidentiality / NDA:
The developer must maintain confidentiality of all data and project information and must not share it with any third party. All intellectual property rights of the system and source code will belong to the client after full payment
