Drug Administering System

Hi, I am looking for a development of a web-based drug administering system that is able to accurately dispense specific quantities of methadone liquid as specified by a legal prescriber to specific patients/ clients, coupled with all the necessary control measures to be compliant with the requirements fo the Medicines and Related Substances Control Act, 1965 (Act 101 of 1965) as amended.
