Develop an AI App for Plan drawings

I am looking to get an AI App built that can automatically produce a Layout Plan drawing for Self Storage Units. It would need to consider access through corridors, multiple unit sizes, minimum distance to exit points etc. The idea is we would input the building outline and required storage unit sizes and the app would produce a layout.
