Hello ,

I need a Custom Website Required to Generate a PDF based on the Entry Forms.
The Application will be divided into 2 Parts, mainly
A. Entry Application
B. Admin Application

The Individual Functions and Specifications of Entry Application :

1. It Should be Multi User.
2. After Login, It Should Consist of the Following Options - New Entry , Edit Old Entry.
3. New Entry----It Should be a Form to Collect the Data .
3.1. The Form Should be Divided into
(i) Box 1- Small Text Field
(ii) Box 2- Small Text Field
(iii) Box 3- Small Text Field
(iv)Box 4- Date Field (DDMMYYYY Format)
(v) Box 5 - Small Text Field
(vi)Box 5.1 - DropDown Menu (Fixed Choices)
(vii)Box 6- Small Text Field
(vii)Box 7- DropDown Menu (Fixed Choices)
(viii)Box 8- Big Text Field with Options of Editing like Bold, Italics, Indent , Tables, Unicode , footer ..etc
(ix) Box 9 - Big Text Field with Options of Editing like Bold, Italics, Indent , Tables, Unicode , footer ..etc
(x) SUMBIT Button
4. Edit Entry --- It Should Comprise of the Old Entries List and Should be used as for correction Purposes.
5. Editing Logs Should be Saved.

Admin Panel Should be Comprised of the Following Features:

1. Editing Options same as Entry .
2. Generating User Name
3. Generating Index of the PDF
4. Generating a PDF with the Fixed Format of all the Entries Combined

Other Important Features :

I. Text Should be divided into 2 coloums upon the Final Output.
II. Pre Defined Tempalate according to which the Data will be Set . (For Which Forms will be a Better Option)
III. Editable Option like Line Spacing , Bold Italic, Indent , Header and Footer Content in the Form .
IV. The Application Should be Able to Generate Index based on the PDF Made.
V. Option to add / Remove a Particular Entry .
