Custom Content Management Web Application -- 2
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I want to build a brand-new web application that acts as a streamlined content management platform. Editors should be able to sign in, draft and format articles with a WYSIWYG interface, upload media, assign tags or categories, and publish with one click—all from a modern, responsive UI. Role-based permissions, version history, and solid security practices are non-negotiable, and the final product needs to run smoothly on standard cloud hosting.
I’m comfortable with any current stack—Laravel, Django, Node/Express, or an equivalent—as long as you can justify the choice and keep the code clean, well-documented, and easy to extend. I’ll supply wireframes and a starter data model; you’ll turn them into a production-ready build, handle deployment, and leave clear setup instructions so my team can maintain the system after hand-off.
Deliverables:
• Source code in a Git repository with meaningful commit history
• Live, cloud-hosted instance ready for user testing
• Concise documentation covering setup, deployment, and basic maintenance
When you reply, include the framework you recommend, a realistic timeline for an MVP, and examples of similar CMS projects you’ve delivered.
