Custom Bubble Business Management App
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a fully-functioning Bubble.io application that streamlines day-to-day business management from a single, responsive dashboard. The core goal is to move tasks I currently juggle across spreadsheets, emails, and standalone tools into one cohesive web app built entirely in Bubble.
Scope
• Core modules: dashboards for real-time metrics, task tracking, client records, and document storage. I’m open to your recommendations on additional management features that can add real value.
• UX: clean, mobile-responsive interface using Bubble’s new responsive engine.
• Data: set up structured, scalable data types with sensible privacy rules.
• Workflows: automated reminders, status updates, and simple approval flows that keep the team on the same page.
• Handoff: short Loom walkthrough and a concise PDF explaining key data types, workflows, and how to extend the app.
Acceptance criteria
1. App is built 100 % on Bubble with no external code other than approved plugins.
2. I can add a new project, assign tasks, and track progress end-to-end in under three clicks per action.
3. Page load scores at least 90 on Google Lighthouse for desktop.
4. All database actions respect role-based privacy rules.
5. Deliverables include the Bubble editor link transferred to my account and all supporting documentation.
