I need a single, unified application that lets our school run day-to-day operations without jumping between multiple tools. The core of the system must record student attendance in real time and automatically send a message to parents whenever their child is marked absent. I also want teacher attendance captured with equal ease so that I can check staff status at a glance.
Beyond attendance, the software has to map every rupee of incoming fees in a clear, drill-down flow chart, publish and update class timetables quickly, and display our academic calendar in a way that syncs with all other modules. For each student, the same platform should hold activity logs, generate printable report cards, and maintain a detailed service book.
Notices and follow-ups are part of our daily communication routine, so the system must let me post announcements, track who has viewed them, and schedule reminders.
