I run a business that deals strictly with physical products and I need a single system that will let me stay on top of every item that comes in or goes out while offering my team their own log-ins.

• Real-time inventory tracking so stock levels change the moment a sale or restock is recorded.
• Barcoding and scanning support—items are already labelled; I just need to scan and go.
• Multi-user access with role-based permissions so colleagues can view, edit, or only read data depending on their duties.
Sales side requirements
• Clear sales reporting and analytics I can filter by date, product, and staff member.
• Automatic invoice and receipt generation in PDF or printable form directly from the sale screen.
• A searchable customer purchase history that links back to the relevant inventory movement.

A web or desktop application (I’m open on the tech stack) that installs quickly, runs smoothly on everyday hardware, and comes with basic documentation so I can add users, products, and barcodes myself. Once the first stable version is delivered, please be available for a brief hand-over call and minor tweaks if anything is unclear.
