Project Overview

I’m looking for an experienced Bubble.io (no-code) developer to build the MVP version of a web-based Property Investment Tracker focused on the Australian real estate market.

The app will allow users to:
• Add properties to their portfolio
• Automatically calculate key metrics (cash flow, equity, ROI, yield)
• Display charts and forecasts over time
• Export reports (PDF or CSV)
• Manage subscription plans via Stripe

The goal is to create a clean, simple MVP that I can launch publicly to test with real users.

Core Features (MVP Scope)
1. User Accounts
• Sign up / Log in via email and password
• User dashboard for stored data
2. Property Management
• Add/edit/delete property details:
• Address (manual entry only for now)
• Purchase price, current value, loan balance
• Rent income, expenses, interest rate
• Upload optional notes or documents (Phase 2)
3. Portfolio Dashboard
• Shows total property value, total loans, total equity, cash flow summary
• Visual charts for ROI and yield over time
4. Analytics Calculations
• ROI = (Total profit ÷ Purchase price) × 100
• Yield = (Annual rent ÷ Purchase price) × 100
• Equity = Property value – Loan balance
• Cash flow = (Rent – Expenses – Loan repayments)
5. Forecast Tool
• Simple calculator that shows estimated property value and equity after 5, 10, 20 years
• Based on user input growth rate and rent increase percentage
6. Reports Export (optional)
• Export summary to PDF or CSV
7. Subscription Plans (Stripe)
• Free Plan: 1 property, manual entry only
• Investor Plan: Up to 5 properties, dashboard & forecasts ($29/month)
• Pro Plan: Unlimited properties, PDF exports, forecasts ($79/month)
