1. Go to www.realtor.com
2. Place a specific county in the search field. For example, Prince George’s County, MD
3. For each property listed place in the search box on www.zillow.com the property address
4. From the Zillow page place the following information in an excel sheet
a. Address
b. Sales price
c. Zestimate Value
d. Amount of Potential Equity -- << Zestimate value – Sales price >>


For example, when Prince George’s County is placed in www.realtor.com

13735 Martin Rd, Brandywine, MD 20613 comes up with the sales price of $480,000
From the Zillow report it shows:
Zestimate is $499,900

Thus the spreadsheet should say Amount of potential equity should be $19,900
