Build an E-learning LMS platform

REOUIREMENT
• The content must work and track successfully in PTC LMS (Seertech iLearning Plus).
• Content vendors can provide their courses in SCORM 1.2 or AICC packages to load to PTC LMS (Seertech iLearning Plus).
• The packages may optionally contain metadata only, in which case content resides on the vendor's servers, but without end-user awareness.
• End users will launch and run the courses from within ULMS, and the completion information (bookmarks, score) should be recorded in LMS automatically.
• There should be no requirement to sign into the vendor system, or SSO.
• PTC admin team should be able load the packages immediately and test/play the courses.
• Courses must be compatible with iPhones, iPad, Android, IE11, and Chrome
