ASP.NET Financial Accounting Web App

I need a full-featured web application built in ASP.NET with C# that handles every core function of a small-to-mid-size finance department. The system’s focus is pure financial accounting—no inventory, payroll, or external integrations—so you can concentrate on rock-solid bookkeeping logic and clean, auditable data flow.

The build must cover:
• General Ledger with double-entry support and real-time posting
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including vendor / customer master files
• Voucher entry screens for all common transaction types
• Automated Balance Sheet and P&L generation
• Customisable financial reports exportable to PDF and Excel

A SQL Server back-end is preferred; feel free to propose Entity Framework, Dapper, or another ORM if it speeds development without sacrificing performance. The UI can be MVC or Razor Pages—whichever you work fastest in—so long as it is responsive and intuitive.

Deliverable is a deploy-ready Visual Studio solution, complete with database schema scripts and a short README that explains setup, seed data, and credentials for an admin demo account. I will run through a simple acceptance test: enter sample vouchers, confirm ledger posting, preview a Balance Sheet, and export a report. Pass those steps and we’re done
