web tool to convert video using ffmpeg

I am looking for a secure web based tool to convert batch video files (especially .mp4 into HLS m3u8 in different formats - i.e. Full HD, 720p, 360p) using ffmpeg on a server. Functions: upload video files, select format and filters, batch convert them, download them or put them directly on an S3 bucket.
