asp.net API 2 web services & flutter app for (IOS & Android)

I am Looking for developer to flutter app for (IOS & Android) and asp.net API 2 with the below Requirements
Requirements:
1- Develop web API service using asp.net for main site and copy of it for other 6 sub sites
2- Develop IOS and Android Application using “flutter” which have 7 countries flags, which each country will use a specific API to get all data from.
3- The app should use google and Facebook for express signup and login
4- The application should be able to optimize and reduce the Images size for ads before uploading to the server with stamp on them.
5- The application should be smooth and easy to use
6- The app should have filters and multi categories and subcategories.
7- Implement google ads and integrate google AdSense on the application
8- There will be screen for paid ads and payment gateway integration.
What you will receive to complete the work form our side:
1- The database connection strings for each country (which we have already made the database design)
2- The app logo
3- The path for images upload which will be used on the web-services to upload image to.
Deliverables:
1- Full source code for the API’s
2- Full source code for the Mobile apps (Flutter)
3- Full information for all accounts used on the integration like (Facebook, google, payment. etc.)
4- All HTML, PSD, XD, illustrator or other design and development files.
Support and maintenance:
Free support for first year which can have some changes on the app if required.
