We have an immediate opening for a Technical Lead who can design and develop new features and functionality with rich UI content and responsible for understanding the domain, technical flow of the application and accomplish the tasks/new features under agile methodology. Play a key leadership role in the architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of applications and services.
Collaborate with senior members and participate in architectural activities
Also, should be responsible for writing code, designing, refactoring the code. Should have good communication skills, hands on experience with NET Core 3.1, C#, ASP.NET MVC 5 and above, WEB API 2.0 and above, jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, Angular, React, Entity Framework are must, strong on OOPS concepts, SQL Server 2008(writing Stored Procedures, functions, triggers etc.) Experience of Azure is required.

Technical:
• Hands on Experience in NET Core 3.1, C#, ASP.NET MVC 5 and above, WEB API 2.0 and above, jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, Angular, React, Entity Framework are must Experience in implementing Unit Test and Integration test.
• Hands on Experience in Azure Cloud (DevOps, AppService, Azure Functions, etc.)
• Good to have Experience/Knowledge in Microservices
• Must have experience in CI/CD, Git
• Good in OOPS, Design principles and Patterns
• Strong knowledge of high level and low-level architecture is MUST
• Involved in Team Handling, delegating work and Code review process.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum process
• Play a key leadership role in the architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of a set of ASP.Net-based enterprise applications and services.
• Review code of developers and take full responsibility for overall quality, to keep them on track, mentor them as needed to write high quality, re-usable code following industry best practices
• Work with the engineering and quality engineer team to develop creative, functional, maintainable, applications, services and components
• Extensive experience with performance tuning and code optimization.
• Excellent customer interaction skills, Project monitoring and control
• Providing support / guidance to the development teams during the analysis, development, and testing processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is preferred.
• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in web development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Commitment to usability, accessibility, security and privacy standards.
