We need to connect a c# program to HP Service Manager. We are looking for someone who knows the HP web services API and can help us to populate the correct fields and configure HPSM with the correct tables and functions.
When we determine we need a service ticket we need three functions:
1) To check if a ticket already exists on HPSM
2) To open a new ticket
3) To close an existing ticket.
