Rally integration with Cyara on premise

Problem statement:
Integrate CYARA test cases to RALLY and reduce manual steps.
Current solution:
Test cases exported from CYARA as Excel XML file.
Macros is used to conver the XML file to RALLY csv format and update the mandatory fields.
Converted CSV uploaded in RALLY.
Expectation :
Solution needs to be on premise only.
Sinpliied wxperience foe user where they can take CYARA test cases and upload it to RALLY directly.
