QuickBooks Connector/SDK API creation for creating ITEMS

This is a QUICKBOOKS API creation project.

We are a staffing company. Every consultant we place, we enter as an ITEM/Service in QuickBooks.
We need an API to create Items in QuickBooks Enterprise 2023 version.
See attached Excel sheets for field mappings.
We want API to read from this EXCEL file and create ITEMS in QuickBooks.
This will be a desktop application; when we start the application, allow us to select the QUICKBOOKS data file from the local computers and then upload the Excel file.
Give us a screen after Items are read from Excel to select which Items we want to create with CREATE button, which will create items in QuickBooks.
Read Excel data and format as JSON.
Ultimately this API will be called from an another node.js application.
