Okta Workflow for License monitoring and reclaim
Budget: $50 – $150 SGD
I need assistance with an Okta workflow that I've developed halfway. The goal is to reclaim licenses from users who haven't logged in for the last 90 days. The workflow needs to exclude certain types of users and should only make use of iteration.
Key Requirements:
- Identify and reclaim Google Workspace licenses from inactive/suspended users
- Exclude specific user groups, specifically service accounts, admin accounts, and test accounts from the process.
- Capable of summing up the available licenses from the active users for license inventory monitoring
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with Okta workflows.
- Proficient in using Okta's iteration capabilities.
- Familiarity with license reclamation processes.
