Bitrex24 & Docusign eSignature

In need of an API expert who can configure and integrate both Bitrix24 CRM Software & Docusign. Must have knowledge of both software systems.
Helpful information | The following steps have been successfully completed:
Created a Docusign developer account
Obtained & pasted into Bitrix24 CRM
Pasted DocuSign Integration Key into Bitrix
Pasted Impersonated User ID into Bitrix
Pasted API account ID into Bitrix
Generated an RSA on Docusign
Pasted the DocuSign RSA private key into Bitrix24
Upon additional configuration in Docusign, (as requested by Bitrix24 CRM), I had added a specific given URI.
Under the integrations tab in Docusign I had successfully connected and linked both software
Where the issue stands:
After requesting “to go live” on DocuSign, it states an error code of “Review Failed, Polling Violation”
Upon selecting the hire, I’ll be sending you all of the necessary information needed to successfully fix this issue at hand and will host a Zoom Call for further explanation and accessibility.
There will potentially be additional job opportunities for other CRM configurations relating to Bitrix24 CRM if pleased w/ the results and duration of this particular task.
