PROTOTYPE - Senior Motion Graphics and Web Animator
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
BRIEF PROTOTYPE DEMO
Our Company has multiple tasks and we’re excited about your background and capability.
We’d like to hire you to provide a paid prototype.
We just sent you an invite.
Please provide a brief sample of our train rendered ad moving forward.
Senior Motion Graphics + Web Animation Artist (DEMO)
Build our signature interactive web motion — the animated train — and motion-asset packs for the films.
The work is a luxury real-estate investment platform. We're scaling a refined, cinematic brand across our website and an investor-portal video series. We need a SENIOR motion artist / engineer who is equally strong in broadcast-quality After Effects motion design AND production interactive web animation. This is the first of an ongoing relationship — we want someone we can rely on for the long run.
Track 1 · Web animation (flagship)
Build signature interactive motion on our React site. The headline piece is an animated train that travels across the screen as the centerpiece of the experience, plus scroll-driven scene transitions and hero moments. Our stack is React + React Three Fiber (R3F) / Three.js / GSAP / WebGL. It must be buttery (target 60fps), performance-budgeted, and graceful on mobile.
Track 2 · Motion-asset packs
Produce reusable motion-graphics packs our editor and producer drop into the Yellowstone montages — animated logo sting, lower-thirds, transitions, kinetic typography, map/route animations, and clean financial/data callouts. After Effects + Lottie.
What we need
• Senior After Effects motion design — show a broadcast / brand-grade reel.
• Production interactive web animation: Three.js and/or React Three Fiber + GSAP — share LIVE URLs you personally built.
• Performance discipline: 60fps, draw-call / asset budgeting, and a graceful mobile fallback.
• Comfortable working inside an existing React codebase and matching a provided brand system (fonts + palette supplied).
• A Lottie export pipeline for handing motion off to the web.
Nice to have
• WebGL shaders / Spline / Blender for 3D assets.
• Experience animating a signature brand moment — a hero object or vehicle moving through a scene.
• Budget & engagement
Two structures. The web-animation build is a MILESTONE-BASED fixed price — send us a quote against the brief (e.g. M1 = train-motion prototype, M2 = production-ready + handoff). We start with a paid pilot — one pack, or the train-prototype milestone — then move to ongoing work.
What to include when you reach out
1. A LIVE URL of an interactive web animation you built with Three.js / R3F / GSAP, and exactly what you did on it.
2. An After Effects motion reel (broadcast / brand quality).
3. In 3–5 lines: how you'd build and performance-budget a signature animated train moving across the screen on a React site (R3F vs vanilla Three.js, GSAP timeline / ScrollTrigger, asset prep, mobile fallback).
4. Whether you're comfortable inside our existing React + R3F codebase and matching a provided brand system, plus any version/compatibility you'd check first.
5. Your timezone, typical response time, and why ROKIRT interests you long-term.
