Illustration or water color 8x10

I have drawn what I need done by an artist or a talented student artist in a Hamilton Ontario area with whom I can discuss. 1945 scene in a village of two people being driven to their new home in western Europe, showing a tower of a castle on a hill surrounded be vegetation. I have a badly drawn scene to show approximately what it should look like which I would like reproduced in good quality. I also have real photo of the castle tower. Either quality black and white or water colour. Need a price.
