Irrigation Water Quality Assessment

I require expert assistance for water quality testing specifically for irrigation purposes. The main concern is potential presence of bacteria and pathogens which could not only affect plant health but also seep into produce, posing health risks. We have a 5 acre wooded property in the mountains and the new neighbors blocked the water supply running into our several wet water streams going through our property. Now all the previously blocked areas have been released and the water coming through on our property is not normal. We are worried that it could kill our trees, wildlife, and vegetation.
