Apple Watch Screen Lock App

I'm tired of my kids unlocking my apple watch while its on my wrist (they have figured out the water lock trick too). I want a simple apple watch app that will let me see the watch face but use a more complex combination to unlock (press and hold power button and crown for 3 seconds for example). I need help to make it and also upload it on the app store when its done.
