I want to merge 2 excels and automaze it in Python

I need someone to merge two Excel sheets with different column headers and automate the process using Python. The final output should be in a new Excel file. The merged data will be used for reports. Ideal skills for this project include proficiency in Python and experience working with Excel.
I am familiar with working with python and even take halped from GPT but I don't have that time for it
