rework booking process in vue.js app to solve booking failure problem

On spiritjourneysworldwide.com we have a problem with booking failures from agents in the USA and Canada. Our solution is to bounce bookings to the app that already exists and complete the bookings there - we have already done this successfully on another project (planmygapyear.co.uk -> apply.planmygapyear.co.uk). Bookings are actually made in the TourCMS booking engine. I need someone with good vue.js experience and good booking process understanding generally, along with stripe integration experience (stripe.js or stripe.api) to put in the place the connection so that bookings end up taking place successfully on the app.
