Vue JS modifications text input

I need some vue js person to modify one thing of this open-source library.

Currently, text input is getting by uploading and reading a text file. I need to add input text by text area and pass to db or whatever used in current uploading method.
I will accept as completed when,
1) User can input text by text area.
2) Inputed text displayed for tagging.
Will be a simple job for a front-end guy.
