I am looking for a freelancer with experience in using NuxtJS / Golang to create "Lucky Wheel Spin" on frontend such NuxtJS and Generate result by Golang

1) Wheel just have only total 6 prizes
2) End of result and winning prize should be generated from backend in Golang
3) Backend chance of Winning should be can set %
like Prize 1 = 0%
Prize 2 = 15%
Prize 3 = 15%
Prize 4 = 20%
Prize 5 = 20%
Prize 5 = 20%
4) Backend should be generated random winning chance from % like 0-100%
