You will have a static html file as reference and a JPG file as the design (attached).
You will be paid the amount according to which milestones you successfully finished.
Milestones (and sequence of work):
1. Remove the current few errors introduced by another dev --- 10 USD
2. 4 charts (echarts.js or vue-chartjs) with data from server and popups on the 4 charts --- 40 USD
3. Baidu map (vue-baidu-map) --- 10 USD
4. Company list as tree structure, when click on a company, its child companies show up --- 10 USD
5. Other small components on the page with correct color and size --- 20 USD
6. CSS adjustment - make the page fit 15'' and 32'' computer screen --- 10 USD
