Vue 3 to Nuxt 4 template migration

I have an existing Vue 3 admin template that I now need running on Nuxt 4. The goal is a faithful port, keeping the current navigation flow, icons and styls where possible, noting that small changes are expected due to shadcn-vue elements, and the overall colour scheme and visual presentation exactly as users see them today.

Please deliver:

• A clean Nuxt 4 code-base with Tailwind 4 configured and shadcn-vue installed in a gitrepo of your choosing.
• All existing routes reproduced using Nuxt’s file-based routing so links behave identically
• Each Vue 3 component migrated or rewritten so it compiles in Nuxt, styled with the same colours, spacing and typography as the original template where applicable.

• A short README that explains project setup, dev server commands and any gotchas you encountered
