Vue.JS Logo Maker

This project needs to be created in Vue.JS. There won't be any storage requirements at this time.
The project will allow a user to create a custom logo. I am enclosing a video of how it should work.
When searching for icons the system will integrate into a third party site which has an API. The API and details will be provided to the person that is awarded the project.
We are looking for someone with experience in Vue.JS. This is just a first phase and will lead to more projects and more work. We need someone with a good eye for design and a programmer who pays attention to detail.
Command of the English language is ESSENTIAL! We are looking for someone to work with long term.
